Costs will be calculated automatically by our website based on purchase value of the order.
Orders over £99.95 are delivered free of charge.
Where shipping costs cannot be calculed by our automated system, we will contact you immediately with a quotation. If this quotation is unsatisfactory we will be happy to refund your purchase.
Note: Due to the continual changes and alterations regarding the rules and regulations which govern the transportation of hazardous goods we may be required to re quote for the cost of delivery of some items. Every effort is made to ensure that the delivery prices quoted at the time of order are accurate and correct but there may be occasions when either the package contents or the delivery location will require us to amend the delivery cost which you will be charged. In EVERY instance a member of our sales team will contact you to authorise this alteration in the delivery cost.
We aim to ship products from stock on the day of order. Delivery times may vary dependant on the courier or postal service used. Most deliveries will arrive with you within 3 days of placing your order. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 working days and we will endeavour to track your delivery and inform you of it's status as son as possible.
Out of stock items or extended delivery time scales
In the case of out-of-stock items or items for which we expect delivery delays, we will inform you immediately providing you with the option to keep the order on our system or offer a full refund.
We are currently only processing orders for UK delivery. Please contact us for options if wishing to order from outside the United Kingdom.
Prices on this website Include UK Vat at the current rate.
Orders within the EC are subject to UK vat at current standard rate. For orders outside the EC, orders will automatically be supplied as Export (excluding VAT - e.g The Channel Islands etc.)
Should you need to return the item for any reason, please contact us for a "returns authorisation" within 28 days of receipt of the item through our contact page or by calling us on 01394 385567
We will advise the either:
a. A convenient time for a pick up/exchange of the faulty or damaged product.
b. Whether you need to return the product via Recorded delivery
c. Whether you need to return the product via Special delivery
Please ensure the item is wrapped securely, include a copy of any paper work you received (either from E-mail or anything sent with your order) and ensure there is a short note from you explaining the reason for return.

If however you wish to exchange the item for a different size or colour, please contact us confirm this. Please note you may be charged for carriage on these returns.
Returning an unwanted item
Please contact us or phone 01394 385567 to confirm that the item is unwanted and that you will be returning the item.
You may return an unopened item within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card as soon as we receive and process the item (please allow for another 14 days).
We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
We would recommend that you send an item via recorded deliver or special delivery.
If there is a fault with the good we shall undertake to repair or replace the item at our discretion. The repaired/replaced item will be shipped back to you free of charge. The basis for the guarantee will be that as supplied by the manufacturer. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected. Any contract will be governed by English lawinal packaging and we should be notified with 14 days of your receipt of the goods
When item/s are returned to us it is company policy that all goods are checked to establish a genuine fault before replacements and refunds are given.
If the occasion should arise and there is doubt regarding the returned item/s or if the item is under a manufacturers warranty, then the customer will be notified that the item will be sent back to the supplier for their inspection and no replacement or refund will be given until the authorisation has been received from the supplier.

Goods Damaged in Transit
We use a selction of carriers dependent on item, it's value or the delivery location. In the case of goods delivered by carrier, a signature will be required from the recipient. It is their responsibility to inspect the package for damage prior to accepting and signing for the delivery. Do not accept and/or sign for goods damaged in transit as this may make it impossible to claim for damages from the carrier. In the event of receiving goods damaged in transit, pleasecontact us for a "Returns Authorisation" and further instructions. If goods have been received in a damaged state and signed for, a return delivery charge may apply.
